Job Requirements

  • Six months to one year of pastry, baking or culinary experience
  • Knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods and dessert preparation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation
  • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds

Job Duties

  • Prepare, bake and present signature pastries, desserts, breads and specialty confections
  • Maintain pastry stations, equipment and ingredient organization
  • Follow recipes, portioning, presentation and food safety standards
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to support service flow and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor product quality, freshness and presentation throughout service
