Job Requirements

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of pastries and baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry preparation area
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dessert menu items
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Assist in training and mentoring junior pastry staff
- Manage time effectively to meet production timelines
