Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen safety practices

  • Food safety certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of pastries and baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry preparation area
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dessert menu items
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior pastry staff
  • Manage time effectively to meet production timelines
