Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a pastry or baking role in a high-volume or quality-driven kitchen
- Knowledge of fundamental pastry techniques, baking methods, and dessert preparation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute all pastry and dessert items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with daily mise en place, including doughs, batters, creams, and garnishes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pastry station
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pastry items
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and storage standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to support service and special events
- Communicate product needs, inventory levels, and prep priorities
- Participate in family meal and overall kitchen support
- Assist with station breakdown and deep cleaning
