Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a pastry cook or baker
- Knowledge of baking methods and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties
- Create pastries, baked goods, and confections by following set recipes
- Operate and manage the pastry section of the kitchen and liaise with executive and sous chefs for a successful working environment
- Demonstrate knowledge of baking ingredients and apply creative methods
- Assist in developing seasonal recipes and menus to align with food trends
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the bakery section
- Prepare a variety of baked goods
- Adapt and remain flexible to changes
- Perform assigned or requested duties
