Job Duties

  • Ensure food safety by following storage, sanitation, allergy guidelines and labeling protocols
  • Prepare pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, breads and chocolates following recipe specifications
  • Assist in creating specialty items for amenities and special functions
  • Maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas, sweep floors, and sanitize surfaces
  • Monitor and manage prep stock levels to ensure quality standards
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a professional atmosphere and timely service
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly during food preparation
