As a Pastry Cook at Zuma, you will play a key role in preparing a wide array of pastries, desserts, and baked goods that delight and surprise our guests. Collaborating closely with the kitchen team and the Head Pastry Chef, you will ensure that every creation meets Zuma's high standards of precision, consistency, and presentation. Job Duties
- assist in the preparation and production of a diverse range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, following recipes and guidelines established by the head pastry chef
- execute precise measurements and techniques to ensure consistency and quality in all pastry creations
- prepare and assemble components for plated desserts, including sauces, creams, garnishes, and accompaniments
- bake, decorate, and finish pastries and desserts with attention to detail and presentation standards
