The Pastry Cook role at Hamlin House is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about dessert and pastry arts to contribute to a dynamic and thriving hospitality environment. This position involves assisting the Executive Pastry Chef in all mise-en-place activities, ensuring meticulous preparation and organization of the pastry station for service. The Pastry Cook will collaborate closely with the Chef during production and service, playing a vital role in maintaining the quality and consistency of the pastry offerings.

Key responsibilities include setting up the service station with all necessary preparations, performing accurate and timely plating during service, and upholding cleanliness and efficiency of the station. Additionally, this role requires involvement in weekly inventory tasks and ordering, proper labeling and organization of all pastry products in various storage areas, and executing station breakdown and deep cleaning duties with professionalism.
