Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties

Set up the service station and ensure all mise-en-place is in order
Accurate and timely plating during service
Maintaining a clean, efficient, and organized station
Weekly inventory and ordering
Ensure all products are labeled and organized in the pastry station, pastry walk-in, and prep kitchen
Perform station breakdown and deep cleaning with professionalism and pride
