Job Requirements
- ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs

Job Qualifications
- 2 years or more experience in pastry production
- knowledge of lamination, chocolate work, production of confectionaries and baking
- high level of cleanliness and awareness of food safety standards
- flexible schedule including ability to work on holidays
- great attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for pastry
Job Duties
- prepare and plate pastries for service
- set up and stock station with necessary supplies
