Job Requirements

  • Two years of culinary experience preferred, especially in hospitality, restaurant, or gaming
  • Recent and related pastry experience preferred
  • Food Handler's License or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Reliable and punctual attendance
  • Ability to comply with safety and health standards

Job Duties

  • Receive ongoing training and guidance from Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef
  • Perform duties in compliance with safety, health standards, internal policies, and Colorado Limited Gaming Act
  • Monitor pastry operations and maintain product quality, selection, and variety
  • Adhere to recipes, flavor profiles, quality, appearance, and production timeframes
  • Prepare, store, and deliver food service to customers
  • Assist with food inventory tracking and record supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and preparedness of workspace
  • Communicate shift information and support teamwork
  • Assist with special projects from management
  • Train and direct new bakery team members
  • Maximize production efficiency and manage time effectively
  • Maintain punctuality and proper uniform
  • Promote company culture, values, and mission
  • Ensure regular attendance and reliable presence
