Job Requirements
- Two years of culinary experience preferred, especially in hospitality, restaurant, or gaming
- Recent and related pastry experience preferred
- Food Handler's License or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to comply with safety and health standards

Job Duties
- Receive ongoing training and guidance from Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef
- Perform duties in compliance with safety, health standards, internal policies, and Colorado Limited Gaming Act
- Monitor pastry operations and maintain product quality, selection, and variety
- Adhere to recipes, flavor profiles, quality, appearance, and production timeframes
- Prepare, store, and deliver food service to customers
- Assist with food inventory tracking and record supplies
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and preparedness of workspace
- Communicate shift information and support teamwork
- Assist with special projects from management
- Train and direct new bakery team members
- Maximize production efficiency and manage time effectively
- Maintain punctuality and proper uniform
- Promote company culture, values, and mission
- Ensure regular attendance and reliable presence
