Job Requirements
- Must have over six months of experience in a kitchen
- Must have a Fort Worth Food Handlers Card
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, day or night shifts and overtime as necessary
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be clean, neat and professional
- Must have knowledge of kitchen equipment and how to operate equipment safely
- Must be a team player and always ready to pitch in
- Must work well with a large culinary team
- Must be open minded and creative
- Must be able to use feedback to correct food quality and issues in a professional manner
- Must have a professional, courteous and respectful attitude toward members, guests, vendors, co-workers and supervisors
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communications skills are required
- Able to interact with a team through positive communication
- Attention to detail and mental concentration are necessary for accurately performing tasks and tolerating frequent interruptions
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
- Strong at multitasking, meeting deadlines daily and handling stress in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare all pastry items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow all club pastry recipes and presentation specifications
- Follow the club's culinary standards
- Ensure the highest of food standards and freshness of all food products
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean area and maintain station by practicing good safety and sanitation procedures meeting health code standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Cook for small to large groups following Banquet Event Orders
- Assist the team that prepares the weekly buffets
- Responsible for producing high quality food that meets the Chef's standards
- Meet daily timelines
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Executive Pastry Chef, Sous Chef, or Executive Chef
- Check all items prepped to assure it meets the Chef's standard
- Maintain teamwork focus at all times
- Completes all assigned culinary tasks in a timely and an attractive manner
- Treat members with utmost respect
