Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years pastry experience
- College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
- Valid Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Effective communication skills
- Availability to work extended hours
- Proficiency in English
- Understanding of financial objectives and ability to achieve them

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Collaborate with pastry chefs to develop new flavor profiles and dessert presentations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
- Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed
- Assist in training new pastry staff and supporting team members
- Adapt to extended work hours and dynamic kitchen demands
