The role of Cook at Discovery Management Group is an opportunity for culinary professionals who are passionate about serving delicious, high-quality meals in a senior living environment. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of hot and cold menu items, working across multiple food preparation stations including the grill, sauté station, salad bar, and service line. This role requires attention to detail to ensure that food is prepared according to established standardized recipes and menu cycles, guaranteeing consistency, quality, and presentation. The position also involves tasting food to assess quality and palatability, ensuring a delightful dining experience for residents.
