Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Measure and mix ingredients using electric mixer or by hand
- Shape dough for cookies, pies, and pastries
- Place shaped dough in pans and bake
- Prepare and cook pie fillings, puddings, custards, and other desserts
- Mix ingredients for icings and decorate cakes and pastries
- Follow production planning sheets
- Wash and clean utensils, equipment, and counters to maintain sanitation
- Operate kitchen utensils and equipment for weighing, cutting, mixing, and kneading
- Break down and store daily food and supply deliveries following FIFO procedures
- Perform all other job duties as assigned
