As a Pastry Cook at Aramark, you will be an essential member of an innovative Food Services Team focused on baking and culinary excellence.   • Certification in food safety
  • Experience in baking or a related role
  • Fundamental math and counting competencies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
  • Ability to adhere to uniform and personal protective equipment guidelines

Job Duties

  • Produce a range of baked goods in accordance with standardized recipes and production guidelines
  • Get your workspace prepared with all the necessary baking tools and ingredients
  • Prepare the ingredients through measuring, weighing, blending, dicing, and other relevant procedures
  • Operate baking tools such as ovens, stoves, and mixers
  • Adhere to safety precautions when using utensils, like knives, for food preparation tasks
  • Adhere to guidelines for the safe storage of food products
