The Pastry Cook or Sweets team member role plays a critical part in this vibrant hospitality group. Starting at $17+ per hour, this position is ideal for individuals who love baking and are eager to develop their skills within an established, high-quality culinary organization. The Pastry Cook’s main responsibility is to prepare various baked goods including cookies, cakes, and cupcakes for both the retail storefronts and the numerous restaurant locations. The role requires an individual who can thrive under pressure, multitask efficiently, maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, and work collaboratively within a team.
