  • Pastry or bakery background required

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
  • Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing before use
  • Use baking and measuring tools and equipment safely

  • Check temperatures of kitchen appliances and food and report issues to management
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen area and workstations
  • Monitor quality of food and portions served
  • Follow company policies including safety and security
  • Report accidents and unsafe conditions
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team and guests
  • Support team goals and comply with quality standards
  • Perform physical duties including moving and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Stand and walk for extended periods
