- Assist in the preparation of a range of delicious pastries and desserts
- Follow pastry culinary standards and recipes with precision
- Operate kitchen equipment safely
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of pastry workstations and storage areas
- Properly store and label ingredients and finished products
- Support inventory control and daily prep lists

- Collaborate with pastry and culinary team members to ensure timely production
