Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be willing to work hours that vary, according to event schedule
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations
- Must be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service
- Must be able to generalize, evaluate, and make decisions without immediate supervision
- Must be able to accept and carry out responsibility for directions
- Must have pastry degree or graduated from a certified apprenticeship program
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years cooking experience in the contract food service industry
- Preferred experience in premium services, catering, and concessions for sports and entertainment venues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
- Strong commitment to customer and client service with demonstrated initiative and leadership
- Customer service oriented with ability to interact with all levels of management
- Must be flexible to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times
- Direct, implement, and maintain a guest service and management philosophy that guides respective team members
- Meet with Executive Culinary Team to review assignments, anticipated business levels, changes, and other job performance information
- Ensure that only the highest-quality product is served to guests
- Apply strong baking and pastry skills
- Utilize knowledge of bread baking and advanced baking and pastry techniques
- Maintain and abide by County Health/Sanitation and Legends Hospitality standards
