Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Previous pastry experience required
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to multi task
- Must maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance
- Must be able to stand and walk for the entire duration of the shift
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Must be open to working weekends and holidays
- Must be flexible to work according to business demand with no set days off

Job Duties
- Prepare icing, pie fillings, custards and other desserts
- Be familiar with a variety of pastry cooking techniques
- Execute batch and quantity cooking efficiently
- Prepare items according to standard recipes or as specified
- Check and control proper storage of products and monitor condition of food items
- Maintain high quality and appearance of all pastry items
- Decorate with sugars and icing
- Assist in other kitchen areas including hot and cold item preparation under guidance
