Job Requirements

  • Ability to start shifts at 5am
  • Commitment to work early morning shifts five days a week
  • Minimum 2-year commitment to the role
  • Dependability and team-first attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in execution
  • Ability to work clean organized and efficiently
  • Willingness to follow recipes and accept feedback professionally

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience in a professional pastry kitchen preferred
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • ServSafe or food handler certification preferred
  • Leadership skills managing a small team
  • Ability to follow recipes take direction and accept feedback professionally
  • Passion for pastry and food

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality pastries breakfast items and pastries according to our established recipes
  • Oversee and coordinate the daily tasks of the pastry team
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
  • Ensure consistency portion control and presentation standards
  • Help maintain inventory and assist with ordering as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to improve operations
