This collaboration involves critical areas such as stadium design, planning, feasibility studies, project management, data analytics, marketing, and comprehensive revenue generation across hospitality, partnerships, ticketing, and suite sales. The role of Pastry Chef for Legends Global at the New Highmark Stadium offers a unique opportunity to contribute to this pioneering venue. Reporting to the Executive Chef team, the Pastry Chef is entrusted with supporting all culinary operations with a keen eye for quality, innovation, and operational efficiency. This role demands expertise in pastry production, artisan bread baking, and advanced sauce-making techniques. The ideal candidate will embrace a culture of excellence and uphold the highest standards of organization and collaboration. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating and executing innovative menus that maintain consistency, flavor profiles, and high-quality presentation, ensuring seamless kitchen operations. Additionally, the Pastry Chef's responsibilities extend to leadership functions, including conducting staff meetings and pre-shifts, ongoing service training, maintaining positive guest relations, and managing labor and supply costs within budget guidelines. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or certified apprenticeship graduate
- Minimum of 2-3 years management experience in contract foodservice industry
- Experience in premium services, catering, or sports and entertainment venues preferred
- ServSafe Food Manager certification
- Allergen certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changes
- Strong commitment to delivering high-level customer service
Job Duties
- Direct and implement guest service and management philosophy guiding team members
- Develop and implement menus according to Legends Hospitality recipes
- Meet with Executive Culinary Team to review assignments and business levels
- Demonstrate proficiency in pastry production, artisan bread baking, and advanced sauce-making
- Maintain adherence to county health and sanitation standards and Legends Hospitality policies
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct staff meetings and pre-shift updates
- Provide continuous service training to staff
- Maintain positive guest relations
- Manage labor and supply costs within budget
- Ensure proper operation and cleanliness of kitchen equipment
- Hire, promote, and manage staff consistent with Legends standards
- Exhibit leadership through communication, commendations, and disciplinary actions
- Practice safe work habits and complete safety training
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
- Comply with all Legends Global and venue policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
