Job Requirements
- High school education
- minimum two years culinary or related work experience
- advanced culinary knowledge
- ability to operate and clean kitchen equipment including fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill
- proficiency in knife skills
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- ability to multitask
- strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Participate in the preparation of artisan pastry items according to guest orders and recipe standards
- complete mise en place and station set-up for meal services
- start food items prepared ahead, managing quantities to avoid waste
- train, motivate, and supervise pastry kitchen staff ensuring adherence to company cultural and quality standards
- operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, fryers, and grills
- date and rotate food items, monitor stock levels, and control food waste
- comply with Four Seasons work rules and professional standards
- maintain harmonious and professional relationships with coworkers and supervisors
