Job Duties

  • Manage pastry section with focus and professionalism
  • prepare and plate items with accuracy and flair
  • follow recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
  • contribute creativity to seasonal menus and special events
  • maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices
  • keep workspace clean, stocked, and ready for service
  • support Pastry Chef by executing directions and assisting with training junior staff
  • ensure smooth kitchen operations
