Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- passion for pastry and baking
- minimum of 2 years experience in culinary field or culinary degree with equivalent experience
- strong experience with cakes, plated desserts, banquet and restaurant work
- knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- ability to follow recipes in mass-volume environment
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- excellent listening skills
- strong piping skills
- desire to provide excellent guest service
- ability to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications
