Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- minimum of 1 year of experience in baking, pastry, or restaurant/senior living kitchens
- strong understanding of baking techniques and dietary compliance
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- passion for hospitality and a positive attitude
- eligibility to work in health care including passing background checks and drug screening

Job Duties
- Create and serve a variety of pastries and desserts that meet dietary needs and exceed expectations
- ensure food quality, appearance, and presentation standards are consistently met
- maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and kitchen organization
- demonstrate efficiency, speed, and accuracy in food preparation and production
- support meal service and dishwashing operations as needed
- connect with residents to gather feedback and continuously improve the dining experience
- represent the community with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive and welcoming environment
