Job Duties
- Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures
- ensure the quality and freshness of all bakery products and services
- maintain appropriate product assortment and inventory levels
- confirm pricing accuracy and signage for all products
- ensure the bakery is cleaned and sanitized daily
- deliver excellent customer service
- follow production sheets to ensure proper inventory levels
- ensure correct amounts of ingredients and supplies are in stock
- prepare, cook, bake, assemble, and decorate pastries
- communicate openly with Store Director and Bakery Manager
