Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of cooking experience
  • Current Food Handler's Certificate
  • ServSafe Manager's Certification or ability to attain within 90 days
  • Experience using POS systems
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude and team player

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake a variety of high-quality pastries and desserts
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with culinary team to plan and execute dessert menus
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Create visually appealing dessert presentations
  • Train and mentor culinary staff in pastry preparation
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
