The Lodge is currently seeking a Pastry Chef of exceptional talent to lead and evolve its dessert program. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for curating and executing sophisticated plated desserts, house-made breads, petit fours, and seasonal pastry offerings that perfectly complement and elevate the tasting and à la carte menus. Beyond the creation of exquisite desserts, this role involves overseeing the day-to-day pastry kitchen operations, including mise en place, ordering, and inventory control, as well as leading and inspiring a small team of pastry assistants. The Pastry Chef must ensure the highest standards of taste, texture, and visual presentation while maintaining strict adherence to health, hygiene, and safety protocols. Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in a high-end or Michelin-caliber pastry kitchen

Job Qualifications
