Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the pastry team at all levels from production to presentation

- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience
- Oversee financial performance of the pastry department
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Innovate dessert menus using fresh, seasonal ingredients
