Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in baking or culinary arts
- Valid food safety certification
- Ability to manage physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged standing
- Strong communication skills
- Adherence to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed

- Prior experience as a baker or similar role preferred
- Established knowledge of baking procedures and sanitation regulations
- Mandatory food safety certification
- Proficiency in basic math operations and numerical counting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to perform physical tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
Job Duties
- Create baked goods according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
- Arrange work area with essential ingredients and tools needed for baking
- Prepare ingredients by quantifying, weighing, blending, and chopping
- Handle baking instruments such as ovens, stoves, and mixers
- Follow food safety protocols for correct storage of goods
- Clean and disinfect workspaces, tools, and utensils after use
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold a positive attitude
