Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in baking or pastry preparation
- knowledge of bakery equipment operation
- ability to work night shifts
- physical stamina to handle long hours of standing and manual labor
- good organizational and time management skills
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a baker, preferably in a commercial or high-volume setting
- proficiency with dough sheeters and other bakery equipment
- strong hand-pie and bread-making skills
- ability to work independently and manage a small team

- availability to work night shifts and meet production demands
Job Duties
- operate and maintain a dough sheeter with precision and efficiency
- prepare and bake a variety of breads, hand pies, and cakes
- follow established recipes and ensure consistent product quality
- maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- oversee production timelines to ensure all items are ready as scheduled
- train and supervise the assistant baker as needed
