Job Requirements

  • Food safety certification
  • Experience in baking or similar culinary roles
  • Basic math proficiency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended durations
  • Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a baker or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of baking procedures and compliance with sanitation regulations
  • Food safety certification
  • Proficiency in basic math operations and numerical counting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to convey messages effectively both in writing and verbally
  • Physical capability to handle lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for prolonged periods

Job Duties

  • Create baked goods according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
  • Arrange work area with all essential ingredients and tools
  • Prepare ingredients by quantifying, weighing, blending, chopping as needed
  • Operate baking instruments such as ovens, stoves, and mixers safely
  • Use utensils like knives safely and effectively
  • Follow food safety protocols for proper storage of goods
  • Clean and disinfect workspaces, tools, and utensils after use
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service
  • Adhere to Aramark safety procedures including food safety and sanitation
  • Follow established security protocols to protect corporate resources
