Job Requirements

- previous experience in baking or pastry preparation
- ability to start shifts at 4 am
- capability to stand for long periods
- good physical stamina
- ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- willingness to work in a team

Job Duties
- prepare and bake a variety of pastries and baked goods
- ensure quality and consistency of all baked products
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- follow recipes and health and safety standards
- collaborate with kitchen staff to meet production schedules
- manage inventory of baking supplies
- assist in recipe development and menu item preparation
