Beatrix is a beloved neighborhood coffeehouse, restaurant, and meeting place with multiple locations across Chicago neighborhoods including River North, Streeterville, Fulton Market, Loop, and Oak Brook. Known for its comfortable yet healthful dining options, Beatrix offers a diverse menu featuring favorites such as Light & Fluffy Lemon Pancakes, Green Chili & Chicken Enchiladas, and Prime Burger. The restaurants also spotlight an iconic coffee bar and bakery counter in each location, serving signature cookies, house-made pastries, fresh-squeezed juices, and premium coffee drinks from Beatrix Coffee Roasters. This blend of comfort food with a creative twist has made Beatrix a popular destination for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch throughout the city.

Currently, Beatrix is hiring AM Pastry Cooks to join their teams at Chicago locations in the Loop, River North, Streeterville, and Fulton Market. The role begins early with a 4 AM shift start time, allowing the pastry team to prepare and deliver fresh, high-quality baked goods and pastries each morning.
