Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years of experience in culinary or related food and beverage area
  • or 2-year degree from accredited university in Culinary Arts or related field with 2 years experience
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years of culinary or related professional experience
  • or 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proven leadership and management skills in a culinary setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to create innovative pastry products
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience in training and developing culinary staff

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise the pastry culinary team to ensure productivity and quality
  • Prepare and decorate pastries personally while managing day-to-day operations
  • Develop, design, and create new pastry items and presentations
  • Maintain food safety, handling, and storage standards
  • Manage inventory and purchasing within the designated budget
  • Provide training, coaching, and development to employees
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor compliance with food and beverage policies, standards, and laws
  • Handle employee relations and foster a positive team environment
