Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years of experience in culinary or related food and beverage area
- or 2-year degree from accredited university in Culinary Arts or related field with 2 years experience
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of culinary or related professional experience
- or 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven leadership and management skills in a culinary setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to create innovative pastry products
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
- Experience in training and developing culinary staff
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise the pastry culinary team to ensure productivity and quality
- Prepare and decorate pastries personally while managing day-to-day operations
- Develop, design, and create new pastry items and presentations
- Maintain food safety, handling, and storage standards
- Manage inventory and purchasing within the designated budget
- Provide training, coaching, and development to employees
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor compliance with food and beverage policies, standards, and laws
- Handle employee relations and foster a positive team environment
