  • Proven experience as a pastry chef, baker, or relevant role in a similar environment
  • Certification from a culinary school or equivalent work experience
  • ServeSafe or Food Handler's certification or willingness to attain
  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs
  • Ability to work standing for 8+ hours

Job Duties

  • Develop and prepare a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
  • Create new recipes and innovate on existing ones to keep our dessert menu fresh and exciting
  • Ensure all pastry and dessert items are prepared and presented according to company standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation adhering to food safety standards
  • Train and supervise junior pastry staff members
  • Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and special events
