- Previous experience as a prep cook preferred
- Proven experience as a pastry chef, baker, or relevant role in a similar environment
- Certification from a culinary school or equivalent work experience
- ServeSafe or Food Handler's certification or willingness to attain
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs
- Ability to work standing for 8+ hours

Job Duties
- Develop and prepare a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Create new recipes and innovate on existing ones to keep our dessert menu fresh and exciting
- Ensure all pastry and dessert items are prepared and presented according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation adhering to food safety standards
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff members
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and special events
