Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of baking and pastry job experience
  • Formal or informal education and training in Pastry Arts
  • ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification or willingness to obtain within the first 60 days of employment
  • Willingness to submit a criminal background test
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift approx. 50lbs
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • References and a consistent work history with longevity are required

  • Formal or informal education and training in Pastry Arts
  • ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification or willingness to obtain within the first 60 days of employment

  • Passion for the baking and pastry business and a strong desire to achieve excellence and encourage others
  • Strong knowledge of commonly used best practices, concepts and procedures in a bakery environment
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. (college degree and/or completion of post-secondary school training in an industry-related program is a plus)
