Job Requirements

  • Food safety certification(s) mandatory
  • prior baking experience preferred
  • knowledge of sanitation regulations and baking procedures
  • proficiency in basic math and numerical counting
  • effective communication skills
  • physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, prolonged walking or standing
  • compliance with uniform and PPE usage guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a baker or in a similar role preferred
  • established knowledge of baking procedures, criteria, and sanitation regulations
  • mandatory food safety certification(s)
  • proficiency in basic math operations and numerical counting
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • physical ability to manage lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged walking or standing
  • willingness to wear uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required

Job Duties

  • Create baked goods according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
  • arrange work area with essential ingredients and tools needed for baking
  • complete steps of quantifying, weighing, blending, chopping, and preparing ingredients
  • handle baking instruments such as ovens, stoves, and mixers
  • take precautions to use utensils like knives safely and effectively
  • observe food safety protocols for correct storage of goods
  • clean and disinfect workspaces, tools, and utensils after use
  • uphold positive attitude and deliver exceptional customer service
  • implement Aramark safety procedures and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • guarantee the safety of corporate resources by following security protocols
