Job Duties
- Create baked goods according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
- Arrange your work area with all the essential ingredients and tools needed for baking
- Complete the necessary steps of quantifying, weighing, blending, chopping, and more to prepare the ingredients
- Handle baking instruments such as ovens, stoves, and mixers
- Take precautions to use utensils, like knives, safely and effectively during meal preparation
- Observe food safety protocols for the correct storage of goods
- Clean and disinfect workspaces, tools, and utensils once they have been used to promote a hygienic workplace
- Uphold a positive attitude and deliver exceptional customer service when engaging with guests, customers, clients, coworkers, and other individuals
- Implement Aramark safety procedures, which require strict adherence to guidelines for food safety and sanitation
