The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cake decoration, with a demonstrated eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. In this role, you will be engaged in preparing various baked goods, including cakes, cupcakes, and petite desserts, carefully pairing them to complement wedding themes and clientele tastes. The position demands a proactive approach to managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of baking equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, especially availability on weekends when our event volume peaks. Additionally, the role requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to facilitate reliable cake delivery and setup.
