Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a baker or similar role
- Food safety certification is mandatory
- Knowledge of baking processes and sanitation guidelines
- Proficiency in basic math and numerical counting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform physical duties including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing
- Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment
