Job Duties
- Design and produce high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods that meet taste and presentation standards
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus and exclusive event offerings
- Manage production schedules and ensure cleanliness and food safety compliance
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs by reducing waste and improving operational efficiency
- Mentor junior pastry team members and promote a collaborative kitchen environment
- Adapt quickly to the kitchen pace to contribute to a seamless guest experience
- Maintain strong communication and professionalism within the team and with other hotel departments
