Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus and exclusive event offerings
  • Manage production schedules and ensure cleanliness and food safety compliance
  • Monitor inventory levels and control costs by reducing waste and improving operational efficiency
  • Mentor junior pastry team members and promote a collaborative kitchen environment
  • Adapt quickly to the kitchen pace to contribute to a seamless guest experience
  • Maintain strong communication and professionalism within the team and with other hotel departments
