Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid Food Handlers Card
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and walk continuously throughout shifts
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

- experience in customer service or retail preferred
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and be a role model of the company values
- handle cash transactions accurately including voids, refunds, and cancellations
- take food orders in person and by telephone
- maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, and food safety
- demonstrate persistence and perseverance in delivering results
- build and maintain positive team relationships
- improve speed and efficiency of service
