Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Valid Food Handlers Card
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Take food orders in person and by telephone
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow procedures for refunds, voids, and transaction cancellations
- Demonstrate empathy and build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Support loss prevention and safety standards
