Job Duties
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and presentation
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the Chef on duty and cook line to ensure smooth service and timely service
- Assist with plating, packaging, and presentation for service
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment
