Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Must be available on Sundays
  • Previous experience in a bakery, pastry, or kitchen role
  • Basic knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients
  • Ability to follow recipes, work efficiently, and multitask in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality in all products
  • Passion for baking and an enthusiasm for learning new skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and presentation
  • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the Chef on duty and cook line to ensure smooth service and timely service
  • Assist with plating, packaging, and presentation for service
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure all prep upholds the restaurant's quality and presentation standards
