Job Qualifications
- Must be available on Sundays
- Previous experience in a bakery, pastry, or kitchen role
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes, work efficiently, and multitask in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality in all products
- Passion for baking and an enthusiasm for learning new skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Duties
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and presentation
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the Chef on duty and cook line to ensure smooth service and timely service
- Assist with plating, packaging, and presentation for service
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure all prep upholds the restaurant's quality and presentation standards
