Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a baking or pastry role preferred
- familiarity with bakery tools and safety regulations
- ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- excellent communication skills
- physical stamina to handle baking tasks
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications
- Experience in baking and decorating baked goods
- attention to detail and commitment to quality
- knowledge of bakery equipment and safe handling practices

- willingness to learn and improve baking skills
Job Duties
- Produce baked items, including bread, cookies, pastries, and custom desserts, of exceptional quality
- jazz up cakes and treats with original and precise ornamentation
- employ safe and efficient practices when using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- uphold the standards for freshness, quality, and safety of food products
- keep bakery counters and shelves orderly, neat, and stocked up with products
- communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer care
