- While experience in preparing, baking, or packaging food is preferred, it is not a prerequisite
- Effective at handling multiple projects concurrently and meeting established deadlines
- Skilled in customer service including effectively and precisely assisting customers
- Ability to resolve issues adeptly to navigate hurdles and ensure operational excellence
Job Duties
- Follow directions and daily production schedules to produce a variety of baked goods
- Follow company policies when wrapping, labeling, and storing baked products
- Maintain a bakery space that is neat, structured, and customer-friendly
- Support clients in placing bakery orders with speed and precision
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and fulfill production milestones
- Leverage digital technologies to drive profits, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen team collaboration
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and inventory control procedures
- Encourage the department by promoting superior quality services and products
- Adhere to the guidelines for ensuring quality and monitoring expiration dates of bakery items
