We are currently seeking a dedicated Pastry Maker to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who love working with pastries and want to gain valuable experience in a high-volume commercial kitchen. As a Pastry Maker, you will learn the art of consistently producing the perfect pastry by preparing, weighing, baking, and rotating a variety of baked goods according to our renowned local recipes. You will be working with a range of commercial kitchen equipment such as mixers, food processors, and ovens, following best practices to ensure safety and quality. The position requires early morning availability, a flexible schedule, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
