Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work early mornings and flexible schedules
- Dependable and hard-working
- Able to lift more than 20 pounds
- Organized and self-directed
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Experience working in a kitchen or bakery preferred but not required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a passion for baking
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Learn the art of producing the perfect treat consistently at a high volume in an industrial kitchen
- Prepare, weigh, bake and rotate pastries, cakes and cookies following locally loved recipes
- Set up and maintain pastry cases
- Operate food processors, mixers and other commercial kitchen equipment safely and according to best practices
- Follow all sanitation and health policies and procedures
- Aid and support all back of house teams as needed
