You will be working with a range of commercial kitchen equipment such as mixers, food processors, and ovens, following best practices to ensure safety and quality. The position requires early morning availability, a flexible schedule, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

At Knead Pastry, our Pastry Makers are not only valued for their baking skills but also for their positive attitude, teamwork, and commitment to quality. We offer competitive pay starting between $15 and $16 per hour after training, access to health, dental, and vision benefits for full-time employees, free shift meals, employee discounts, and even a free daily loaf of our scratch-made bread. This job provides an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on production experience in a commercial setting while being part of a fun, friendly, and supportive community.

If you’re passionate about pastries, motivated to grow your skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, Knead Pastry is the place to rise with professional growth in an industry known for creative artistry and craftsmanship.
