Job Requirements
- Hs diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience working in cheese/pasta department coupled with strong customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail for accuracy in all facets of the position
- Must speak, read and communicate in the English language

Job Duties
- Record daily the weight of ingredients used, batch sizes, and amounts transferred to other outlets

- Care for and handle products with careful attention to quality control and waste management
- Weigh, package and label pasta and mozzarella lab offerings
- Stock display refrigerators neatly, accurately and with care
- Provide guest service and information on pasta making and mozzarella making process to customers as requested
- Clean workstation thoroughly following food safety best practices
- Ensure collateral supplies are in stock and being utilized properly in the lab
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
