Additionally, they will monitor food quality and quantity, maintain accurate food records, and communicate effectively about food product availability, including informing senior kitchen staff about excess food for daily specials and notifying service staff about rejected items or special dishes. The position involves preparing food according to recipes and quality standards, including cold dishes, and demonstrating professional appearance and adherence to company policies on safety and confidentiality.
