The company fosters a diverse and inclusive environment where every employee is valued and empowered to contribute to a dynamic team experience. At CPK, the culture is more than just a tagline; it’s a way of life that emphasizes community, creativity, and exceptional service for guests and team members alike.

As a part of our ongoing commitment to delivering memorable dining experiences, we are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Pasta Cooks. Our Pasta Cooks are instrumental in preparing delicious meals that highlight California creativity, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards for quality and presentation.

The role of the Pasta Cook at CPK involves maintaining impeccable food safety and sanitation standards, preparing a variety of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items with precision, and supporting line check processes to monitor food quality consistently. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible shifts designed to accommodate diverse schedules. At CPK, team members live the High 5 values: loving the restaurant, having fun being authentic, working as a team, paying attention to service details, and passionately selling menu items. The Pasta Cook role demands three to six months of related experience or training and promises a pay range from $16.00 to $24.25 per hour, based on experience and skills.
